Aloha!

Da Q Shack comes about as a third iteration of my family's love for BBQ. It is truly a marvel how the low and slow method of cooking and smoking meats provides such tenderness in every bite.

Having a BBQ trailer and restaurant on the Big Island of Hawaii for over 5 years has taught us not only about BBQ but also the love and compassion that locals share for one another. This is what we try and replicate in the love that we put into our BBQ.  This leads us to say that our "Texas Style" BBQ is "Made with Aloha!"
